    Is Lensey Graham in trouble?

Linsey Graham suggested that the Georgia Secretary of State throw out ballots? That may be a violation of Georgia law.

There has been no evidence of widespread voter fraud in the 2020 election, and fraudulently altering a federal election vote tally is a federal crime.

    Unlikely.

UNLESS it was taped, it is just "noise".

But with everyone carrying a smartphone around these days it's very easy to record things

We have a city councilwomen who went into a meeting with the State Board of Accounts and the City Controller. She recorded the proceedings on her smartphone and when they denied what they were doing to the press she took her recording to the Press and played it for them. She was the VP of the Evansville, IN city council at the time. They ran her out of the VP job and she didn't run for election again. The city and the State were corrupt and lied to the press and told the public that what she said about the meeting was a lie. That is until she presents audio evidence of their plot. She got them red-handed and the press was all over it. Now she was just a city councilperson.

This guy in Georgia is a Secretary of State for Georgia and surely is more politically savvy than this city councilwoman. he may well have recorded Linsey for all we know right now. Why would he risk saying what Lindsey tried to get him to do without evidence? Surely he is not that dumb. He is getting death threats from the Poorboys now. Someone may end up in jail someday. I guess time will tell. But for the sake of this country, I hope he has evidence of what he said Lindsey said to him. Lindsey doesn't live in Georgia BTW.

Yes, a Witness heard the call. There were two different called from Graham to the Georgia Secretary of State and the second call was heard by a witness in the Secretary's office when the call was received. Graham is in trouble if the new AG wants to prosecute this. And it's also a crime in Georgia to do what Graham is accused of doing by a fellow Republican.

Thousands of witnesses with signed affidavits that witnessed voter fraud. Not a single one of these lawsuits have been thrown out, not a single one.

Boy, you are delusional as they come. Every one of Rudi's lawsuits are being thrown out of court! They have no proof and when they get to court the witnesses recant what they were saying. In fact, they now have zero witnesses to any real major fraud as there was none at all.
