The Pennsylvania Supreme Court just reversed the one court win that the Trump Adm won in PA. They just can't catch a break.

That is a scary ruling, IMHO.

Basically the supreme court said, NOPE Pennsylvania can put in you a room 20 feet away if you're an observer. Tell me......How in the hell can you observe, the count in that situation.

The pennsylvania supreme court ruled this way, BUT they are the same court that stated unilaterally you can count old votes.

It's my understanding that while counting the votes there is one democrat and one republican sitting at the table. These are the officials that count the votes. Poll watchers are not there to count the votes but to just observe what is going on.

And the main thing to remember is that Biden is ahead by over 40,000 votes. It's not like if they throw out 1000 votes it will change the outcome. Biden won overwhelmingly.

The court rules according to the law that was passed by the State Legislature and signed by the Governor. And the voters get to vote for them all. And I think it was more like 6 ft away which is close enough to see what is going on but not interfere with the vote counters.

Legal Defeats pile up for Trump

    https://www.cnn.com/2020/11/28/polit...ffs/index.html

Too bad Trump is such a sore loser.

Calling an election unfair does NOT make it so. So true. And this is from a Trump appointee

The evidence piling up is even more damning by the day! Looks like Pennsylvania judge has agreed with Justice Alito on fraudulent ballots. I’d say Trump has a 85% chance of being President Jan 21,2021.’

fake evidence is thrown out of court

Trump-appointed lawyers are throwing Trump's lawyers out of court. They should fine them or disbar Rudi for being such a bumbling clown. Rudi's hair dye running down his face in beads of sweat surely was an embarrassment even to Donnie.

I predict a meltdown for Trump very soon.
