I'm thinking 15 - 25 ft. based on my past notes over the years, but these water temps are not average. Any thoughts much appreciated!

Well, the water temps seem below average...just wondering if the spawn is over, and the post-spawn pattern is in play? Seems the smallies could be a little confused, but I'm probably wrong.
Anyone willing to suggest a good starting depth with live bait? Much appreciated.

20’ year round unless dead nuts spawn. Shallower in winter. But never deeper and I do alright.
I should add that I try to hit it every year when a spook barely lands before its airborne. We always have 20 on hand because they will twist hooks out of them. I’d wager they are still coming from 10-15 though. Nothing like watching a rocket shoot up to hit a top water.
As far as current conditions I can’t help. I know more than a few have been stumped on all the local lakes, me included. 100% due to weather/rain.
