I'm pretty worried about the FAT in the current infrastructure bill.
I don't mind building bridges and ****, but there is so much GARBAGE in it.......well honestly who gives a EFF any more.
I mean, just go cut down another money tree, right.

Least expensive method for improving our bridges, covering potholes in our roads, and sealing up leaks at our border. Congressional leaders advise it may cost 3.5 trillion.

Agree Geo! Govt spends big money and says its on roads and bridges. Govt raises taxes to pay for it, taxes businesses. Business raise goods price to make up the difference. Consumer pays more for goods, so has less to spend on travel. So the improvements get less use/ cost to benefit declines.
Sounds to me like some in govt try to make their lawns greener by pouring water directly into the rain gauge.
One other off topic thought on how to make a lot of money on real estate.
Immigrants leave their homes, migrate to US. US new and used homes already escalating, more demand means even more home price increases. So, wait about another year for market to continue to climb, sell for crazy high price, then move to Mexico and buy up unoccupied properties as the lost demand and surplus housing reeks havoc on their values. May I recommend the Cancun or Acapulco areas? 😂😂😂😂😂
