Green River at Winter Pool

wondering how Bass and White Bass fishing at Green River at Winter Pool Thanks for Any Inf.

I have zero idea on white bass. As for LM it is hit or miss but once the water drops below 50 degrees its more miss than hit. Now I'm not saying you won't run into them but IMO there is more productive lakes to fish in cold water.
