At the .04 cents a pound, that is a little over a grand made in that 4 hours. Wonder what the cost to the fella doing it is? Looked like he had 3-4 other fellas there as well as 3-4 large vessels plus lots of equipment. Seems like a good investment on the part of the KDFW to establish that 4 cent subsidy if he is willing to do it at that rate ongoing. its probably a never ending battle but that is removing a lot of fish in a 4 hour period.
