If they can get the battery costs down and get the range up and build a network of quick charging stations that we can use at low cost then electric will take off. They need to get the cost of all automobiles down. Some of them cost more than my first house.

BTW, the guy who came and made keys for my gas hogging truck showed up in a non current, but top of line Tesla. 0-60 in some stupid amount of time like 3 seconds, and he said the new ones were much faster. When he left he showed off and disappeared like a shot, only a whistling sound. Weird.

I read an article about quick charging and Purdue, where a Prof has a charging cable that can handle the SUPER HEAT and high amps necessary to quick charge in about 5 minutes. I will see if I can dig it up.They should be banned on the walkways. hehe.
