Try it your self they aren't that hard if something goes wrong you can look up schematics online. Just remember bearings get oil, gears get grease. I got that backwards once.
Check with the Cain Pole tackle shop in Richmond or Frankfort, they have a guy they take them to for repair. I think Backwaters in Lexington also does the same.
