I have a 2001 bass tracker that is doing the same thing. It is still under warranty too. Tracker aint standing behind their product. So I would appreciate any ideas myself.

Has anyone ever used this product to fix leaky riveted boats?
http://www.aluminumrepair.com/
If not......does anyone have any ideas. I have a 1995 aluminum Tracker that I LOVE, but it leaks from some of the rivets down the centerline of the boat.
I'd like to repair it myself....Mostly because I don't want to pay $1000 - $2000 to repair a 10 year old, leaky boat.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated......
Thanks,
Geo

might try some jb weld.I know the stuff is like steel when it dries.Im sure it would seal up any leaks you might have. You can find it in about any automotive stores.
I have not used it, but I have used the stuff that BPS and Cabelas sells. It looks like a green plastic stick ( some sort of epoxy I believe ) that you apply with a butane torch. It is fairly cheap, easy to use, and very durable. I never had any problems with it.

Being I am a river-rat every aluminum boat I have ever owned has been dinged, dented, holes knocked in it and rivet's busted or worn out. J-B Weld has been the glue that held em all together. Any self respecting aluminum boat owner wouldn't be caught without it in their boat :)

Ray,
Can you operate a bass boat safely in the White River down around the Spencer area?
I have heard there is a nice smallmouth population in the area.

Had better be aluminum and draft pretty shallow.
