The jerk bait bite is on now, but you could catch a few on a jig after you've located them with a jerkbait. They are stacked up. I don't have any info about crappie now, but I'm sure some are biting around bridges.

we are coming down mon 27th for a week and was wondering about the bass jig bite we are staying at goose pond and also wondering about crappie fishing day or night will probably be bass fishing mostly love to flip a jig but would like to catch some crappie also is this time of year good to catch crappie at nite any help would be greatly appreciated

Lucky Craft Pointer 78SP, 100SP, 128SP Chartreuse shad. Start with 100 series then experiment to see what size is best ... Long pauses after several jerks. Size 78 for cold front fish with lock-jaw. The 'trap bite may pick up if the water warms up. It is 46-48 degrees now. Good Luck!!
