The only thing that i can think would happen is your bilge pumps may have cracked, besides that the battery's should be OK.

I left my Nitro set outside for 2 weeks, it was under the cover but where it snowed and melted some of the water got down inside (back storage compartment where batteries are) and froze. I had the nose up but frozen water doesn't drain. Now it's back in the garage and it's slowly draining out....
My Question is is there any cance that it could have or will damage anything????
The only thing back there is my bilge, batteries and plug and of course bottom of the boat, I just want to make sure that the ice wouldn't expand and crack the fiberglass or hurt any of the structure of the boat.
Thanks

I had this happen as well and I didn't have any problems. I put it in my garage and after a few days when the ice hadn't melted much, I poured hot water on it. That seemed to do the trick.
By the way, I now store it with the drain plug out, in the winter.
