advice on marketing dock plates and how to do this

I have all the information written up, as well as diagrams. I have actually been using these plates on my boat successfully for 4 years. I am looking for a manufacturer to procduce these plates for me. I have had numerous requests from other boaters on my docks to make them also a set of these plates. Any information you can give me about how to get them manufactured would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

what materials do they consist of. Do you want the entire assembly manufactured or individual parts made that you put together prior to sale.?
