Rough River Lake
SATURDAY Morning
SEPTEMBER 10, thru OCTOBER 29, 2005 Rough River Lake State Park Ramp

Starting Time 7:00am (Cst, lake time) until 3:00 PM Boat checks start appox 6:00am
Entry Fee $40.00 per boat (includes $5.00 Big Fish) No checks accepted, entry fee can be paid at Tom & Al’s Baithouse, & ramp (day of tournament)
Pays one position for every 8 entries, Big Fish pays 100 % of Big Fish pot

TOURNAMENTS RULES:
(1) 5 Fish Limit per boat, Only largemouth, smallmouth, & Ky spotted bass allowed. (Two (2)slot fish per team ) (if only one angler in boat , only one slot fish.)
(2) No More than 2 anglers per boat (at least 1 adult 18yrs old)
(3) Fish will be measured on Goldenrule
(4) A courtesy check will be given for 1 fish only (ask first before going to scales )
(5) Penalty for weighing a SHORT FISH is loss of that fish and 2 lbs deducted from total weight
(6) Penalty for DEAD fish, 8 oz will be deducted from total weight for each dead fish weighed-in ( all fish will be returned to lake)
(7) Anglers may fish anywhere on tournament waters accessible by boat, except areas designated as “off limits” or “no fishing” by local, state, or federal officials or within 50 yards of a competitor’s boat which was first anchored (an anchored boat is a boat held in a stable position by a line attached to a weight with the trolling motor in the up position).
(8) Any boat late for weigh-in will be disqualified,the BOAT CHIP MUST BE IN BY CHECK IN TIME !
(9) Aerated livewells should be working and will be checked
(10) Must wear lifejacket anytime combustion engine is running above idle speed
(11) No ALCOHOLIC beverages in boats or around immediate weigh in area. Must obey Ky Boating Laws !
(12) A Polygraph test may be given to any competitor.
(13) All protest must filed before closing of scales, the tournament directors decision will be final.
(14) Artificial lures only, No trolling, use one rod at a time per angler.
(15) Any fish that appears to have been mutilated in any way, will be weighed in at the discretion of the tournament officials.
(16) Infringement of any of these rules shall be considered cause for disqualification, interpretation of these rules shall be left exclusively to the tournament officials.
(17) NEW! ALL FISH MUST BE BROUGHT TO SCALES IN A WEIGH IN BAG WITH WATER
