Headed to Rough River for First Time

I posted back in January that a fellow Hoosier and I were planning to go to Rough River in February, however, we didn't make it for a variety of reasons.

We are definitely going though the first week in March. Does anyone know the current water temp? Can anyone make any simple pattern reccomendations for that time of year? Is the water level on the rise?

March bass fishing in Indiana means suspended jerk baits...is this what we can expect?

I did look at the extended forecast, for whatever it is worth, and it scares me. They are calling for an arctic blast around the first of March. I may resort to the ice up north instead. We're going to keep a close eye and make our decision as the time draws closer.
