For Bass, the fishing should be good, numbers wise, it usually is good in June. Bluegill are usually pretty active then also. As for KY Beach, see the previous discussion around mid-April on this board for reviews.

Me and my husband have reservations in June at Kentucky Beach Resort on Kentucky Lake and are wondering how the fishing is there? Has anyone ever stayed there...wondering what the resort is like. Any information would help. Thanks

Thanks for the information I was hoping the fishing would be good for that time of the year and I also looked at the mid-April review and e-mailed them to find out about Kentucky Beach Resort.
Thanks Again!

Caught about 14 fish in 3.5 hours this afternoon with 3 solid keepers. All fish came within a foot or two of buckbrush. Not in the yellow flowers. Didn't try and secondary points, though. I've heard alot of people are catching them there on carolina rigs. I went today with the notion of only fishing shallow. Had a helluva time.
Rub it in Kyle... LOL
I sure wish I could have made the trip with you. My back is better, and probably could have fished today, but my elbow is still pretty stiff. Not supposed to be on here...> LOL....
I guess with the steroid shot in my elbow, any fish I catch this summer will have to have an astrick beside them... LMAO You know the whole performance enhancing drug argument.. LOL
I'm sure waiting for the relief from the shot.. right now my elbow is still very stiff, but I know it will soon feel much better.
can't wait to get back out there with you!!!!!
Hey, you going to make the get together in a couple of weeks? Right now Silver Horse is going to ride in the boat with me, and I figure you would bring your boat anyway. I think that will be a bunch of fun.
