Good article. Thats what I used today to catch my bluegill at Taylorsville. 1/16 Popeye (black w/ white head), about 4 feet below the float. I was fishing from the bank, so I just used a spinning rod and cast about 10-12 feet out, reeling in very slow. Most fish were caught 4-8 feet from the bank. At one point I caught 16 fish in 16 casts. Not too shabby!
