Not much on flies, but I would use one that matches a cricket.
Black or white wooly buggers always seem to do the trick.
There are a few spots here in Bowling Green - Believe it or not they put rainbows in Basil Griffin (3 Springs) park. You can also go to Trammel Fork Creek in Alan County - probably about 30 or 40 minutes there. They release two places - at the church and also you can go past the church, make a right at the stop sign and then make a right at the next road and there is a pull off. The second spot is less crowded and offers a little more room to wade. If the church isn't crowded you can wade out and fish the deep holes under the bridge. You should be able to get the stocking schedule from Fish and Wildlife. I have found the trout bite a little better a few days after the release plus there is usually a crowd waiting for the truck on stock days.
