Rough River ramps

Am I right that there is no longer a fee to pay for ramps at this lake, what used to be $3.00?

Ramps run by the Corps of Engineers (such as the North Fork ramp) still charge $3.00. Only the state run ramps are free.

you can buy an annual corps pass for all corps run ramps for 30. just put a 30 check in the box with your address on it and write 30 annual pass on your temp window sticker. they will mail it to you promptly. not necessarily the anwswer for everyone, but some years it works for me. also easier than gettin out of the truck and fiddlin around with the d envelope every time.

Only the state ramp on 79 has had the fee retracted. All other ramps are still charging the $3.00 rip-off fee. What improvement have been made at any ramps that charge a fee? Has anyone seen any improvements anywhere? It's just another cash bucket for the general fund.
