Anyone been on Barren Latley??

How does the water look??Besides wet.... Are the shad moving up in the creeks? Are the creeks stained? main lake? What is the water level?

If any one know I would be very greatful for the info. If you want to know about Nolin let me know.

The lake level is about 2ft. below summer pool. The main lake around the islands is slightly stained, could be from a little fall turnover. It's not muddy but has a slight dark brown cast to it. I have noticed shad anywhere from the State dock to Beaver Creek boat ramp. I seen schools of shad on the surface more up in the creek arms than anywhere else. Most of the shad around the islands was a few feet down, showing up on the graph. It was about three weeks ago when I was up in the creek arms and noticed all the shad, it would be hard right now to be anywhere on Barren and not see some shad somewhere.
