New Bass Pro Shop Opens Today

In the Old River Falls Mall. It's between Hy 131 and veteran parkway exits off of I-65 in Southern Indiana.

It's a dandy....280,000sq.ft.

I am hearing they expect upwards of 10,000 people at tonights opening.That will be a night mare. The roads around the new BPS are not completed as of this morning. They are still black topping and have several roads down to one lane.I think I will wait a couple days and visit mid week when things settle down a bit.

Got a sale paper in the mail today. It is going to be a Thanksgiving sale 24-26 lots of items will be marked down during the sale.

Went last night around 6:30. Was packed, but had some autograph signing, taste of Clarksville food, and really nice setup. Crowded, but enjoyed it.

Against better judgement and reasoning in my earlier post, I did go to the grand opening. It was very crowded but I thouroghly enjoyed going. This store is almost unbeleivable. It's huge !!!I dropped over a hundred bucks in just about 45 minutes but could have easily been much worse. I am sure the damage in weeks to come will be significant. Will need to get a second job I guess.
