Cumberland - Burnside Area

I haven't fished the Burnside area in a long time but I plan to tomorrow. If anyone has a recommendation for a bait and tackle store on the way to pick up some shiners, it sure would help.

I also assume the ramp at the state park is okay with the low water...?

I'm having a hard time no one knows of a bait shop with shiners in Somerset. Any help is greatly appreciated.

There is a Bass Pro Shop just a couple of miles down Hwy 90 towards Monticello from Burnside that has shiners.
