RE: Plapp's Ohio River Rumble Classic

    Hey Matt,

First off, from what I've read on here, congratulations on a great first season!!!!

Secondly, where are your guys going to be fishing? You staying on the river or letting them fish KY and Barkley?

Either way, great fishery down there... I love it. Now if we can just get you to expand and open a second store down this way... in fact... you could open one in Central City!!! LOL

Good luck to all your teams and to Plapps and here's to your continued success!!! *toasts you with a cup of coffee*

    Tight lines and God Bless

Thanks Danny. It has been a great 1st year and I look for even bigger things in 2007 with regards to the Ohio River Rumble. The tournament is only on the river. The anglers cannot fish either KY or Barkley Lakes.

I encourage everyone to come check out the weigh-in on Sat and Sun. It's an indoor trailered weigh-in with door prizes and cash giveaways to fans in the stands. You could win something?

    Matt,
See you all down there! Can't wait--heading down Tuesday to pre-fish! But, please do me a favor and spell my name correctly on the 1st place check/boat prize---LOL!!!!!
I have done the indoor weigh-in before and it was really fun. They have a great facility to have something like that at JR's.
Thanks for having a great 1st season and hosting one of the best team circuits I have ever fished.

1 Division is enough. I'm not sure we could afford another division. See this was 100% payback, Plapp's will have spent over $40,000 by the end of the season on expenses and the cash we put in the classic payout. That's not including the boat and doorprizes for the classic, which hit over $50,000. So I guess the Classic is about 500% payback.

I'll stick to one trail. But we'd love to have your support and some of your friends support by coming out for the weigh ins

You want a division down that way, would you be willing to drive to Plapp's to buy that new boat?
I would have loved to see this be a owners tournament only,(boats purchased from Plapp's). But they didn't do that, Plapp's has had to foot the entire bill,(with some help).
How many of you guy's and gal's purchased your boat from them? I did, and I would again. They have a customer in me for life.
    Thank you,
    George Salov

Actually I would check them out for the next boat considering they are a Bullet dealer.

    George,
Thanks for you kind words. You know we have the owners tournament the first Sunday in November. Only Owners, Employees and Vendors can fish it. We added vendors because guys like Steve Riley and others who supply us with product are really important to our business and deserve to fish.
