Looking for Non Boater for B.A.S.S Division 21 KY/Barkley Lake

I thinking about fishing the new BASS division at Ky Lake. Alot depends on finding a non-boater to link up with. I want to sign up for the tournaments one at a time to see how this new division works out and how the fishing goes. Ill probably fish the first two for sure.
