Just got back from a week on a houseboat rented from Lithia Springs Marina. Fished strictly for bass. I as well as my wife son, daughter and daughter-in-law caught bass. I did my best in the am from 5am till 9am on 4 " handpoured worms with 1/8 oz weight in watermelon seed or same bait in pumpkin seed. Fised from the bank out to 10' water mainly points back in coves. When I did venture out mid-day I used c-r in 10'20 ft water on main lake secondary points. used brushhogs in watermelon seed with the tails dipped in chartreuse dye. I tried buzzbaits and cranks and spinnerbaits very little sucess. In the cove back behind the marina worked the best. I had a 16 fish day counting morning and evening trip a couple dinks but most were from 2lb to the best of the trip a 4lb 2 oz hope this helps oh fronts were rolling thru and the air temps were 85-94 water temps from 79-86. Lithia treated us right by the way..
