As far on the Lake no places comes to mind, I can think of some campgrounds but no Resorts or Motels on the lake. I am sure you could find a place in Morristown or Jefferson City depending on which end of the Lake you are wanting to fish?

Are there any good, cheap (or at least reasonable) places to stay at Cherokee? Preferably, I would like a place that has convenient hook ups to charge your batteries over night and has a ramp within 5-10 minutes of it.
Thanks.
James

Yeah, there's a Days Inn in Morristown that I have the number for, was just looking for anything else around that area that someone might know of. I've never been to the Days Inn there so I'm not sure how boater-friendly it is.
Thanks though.
Try Apple Valley Resort out of Jefferson City. Any of the Motels in Jefferson City are convienent to the dam public access. Small motel accomidations at Gilmores Dock with small resturant.Contact the Morristown Chamber of Commerce. The motels there are experienced with hostiong striper tournamnet anglers. Fish2win
You may want to check VRBO.com. They have a listing with a dock on Cherokee. It may or may not meet your needs. It is a great site for planning vacations as they have a variety of listings. I recently reserved a unit in Mexico through them for this summer.
