    Thumbs up The L-Raisin Angler's (UL07)

I have been working with the L-Raisin Angler's to help get the club started for the past year. As many of you know going to college is not cheap, and being away from home going to college is even tougher. This is a good group of guy's, and Bass Fishing is something we all enjoy. These guy's do not get any money from the University to help with any funding needed for them to go fishing. We had a guest speaker at the L-Raisin Bass Club meeting last night from Exodus Baits, he is offer a great deal to the bass club. If anyone orders bait from the web site and use the code (UL07) Exodus Baits with donate 10% to the L-Raisin Anglers. Plus for every bait you buy .50 cents goings to help support local outdoor program for youth and children who can not afford to go fishing, (Fishing for Kids). You can not go wrong with this deal.

Exodus is helping kids of ALL ages!

I saw their baits first hand last night and spoke to the guy in charge of bait production. He knows his stuff and you should definitely look for good things to come from Exodus! I got a few of their Salt Dogs and can't wait to see how good they are on the Carolina Rig!

Caught some keepers this weekend on the Exodus Salt Dog! They float, which makes them extraordinary baits on the Carolina Rig!!!

The cold front messed up the gameplan I had from last weekend.....went into the tournament blind - I hate that! I thought slow was the way to go, but found out with less than an hour left in the tournament that the crankbait bite was on! Oh well, that's fishing for ya! I'm definitely looking forward to the BFL this weekend!

Eric, the fish moved back off the flats into some deeper water. I started out with a jig, but did not get a bite. I switch to a spinner bait and started catching fish. We had 4 that went 13.2 and cashed a check in 37th place out of 256 boats.
