Thanks. I'll look into it.
Does anybody else have this problem?

It seems like something has changed with the board the past few days. I only login if I'm going to post so I'm often viewing it as a quest. Also, as has been discussed, it logs me out after a fairly short period of time anyway (that's not my issue, though).
Here's the change I noticed: When not logged in, I'm only seeing just a few threads now (maybe 7) and have no way to click on older pages. I'd like to be able to see a lot more than that without having to login - especially when half of the threads I can see are from people who refuse to adhere to the tourney posting rule.
Thanks. I'll look into it.

I see what you are saying. Seems to only occur on the ky board.
Will ck it out.
fixed. Now displays all posts when not loged in
Had the wrong setting on it. Thanks for pointing that out.
That is a pretty big deal for somebody visiting the board for the first time.
Can you give me a little more info on this "logging out thing"
Peter
You're welcome.
The logging out issue isn't a big deal to me, but here goes:
I use the Firefox browser (always updated to latest). I also only keep cookies until I close the browser. I never have any site remember me. What's different with Fishin.com is that, if I login and I leave my browser open (but surf to other pages, etc), I get logged out after what seems like a fairly short period of time - maybe less than an hour. For other message boards, its seems that I either stay logged in as long as my browser is open or at least for a longer period of time.
Thanks again for the info. The board was set to log users out after 25 minutes of inactivity. I changed that to 60 minutes.
Sounds like you don't want any cookies saved but if you check the "remember me" box when you log in and that should take care of the issue.
I use "windows washer" to get rid of all my internet garbage and temp files. What I like about is that you can select certain sites who's cookies you do not want to erase when you do the wash.
Let me know if you think one hour if inactivity is long enough to stay logged in.
Peter
Peter,
Thanks - 1 hour is fine. I wasn't really bothered by the 25 mins, but just noted that it was kind of short. It just takes a second to log back in.
I've used the window washer in the past. It seemed like a good program.
