Throw spinnerbaits and crankbaits in shallow water from 1 foot to about 5 foot. Don't overlook pitching worms and jigs around fallen tree's and standing timber. Blue & Black Jigs work best for me..... White Spinner baits and if there is any action on the surface try a buzzbait or Pop-R........ If you see the whites busting the shad on top try a tiny crankbait or small spoon that you can throw into their jumps...Good Luck.....
Fished Noilin last weekend. Caught most of my fish on spinnerbaits, Rat-L-Traps, and c-rigs. Every 10 I caught 1 may have been a keeper but it was fun catching that many anyway. Good Luck!
Fished a tournament up on Nolin last Saturday and caught all of our fish back in Dog Creek around the flooded timbers. Caught them tequilla sunrise 7inch worm. Biggest fish was 5lbs. with a bunch under 15inches.
EJHick you should whack 'em this weekend with this info. Right outside your backdoor with the old faithful on Nolin....lemme know how you do
