I'm lookin to buy a new black light for night fishing. The old standard is Stan Sloan, but I heard about a Nucli-Eye and several others. Any recommendations?
Fishscape: I have the stan sloans that I have had used for years and still like them. Never had a minutes trouble with them, but I guess it is what you get use to. I have heard that the Nucli-Eye is a good light as well. The only draw back or negative thing that I have heard about them is that they are REALLY bright on the water. In fact, one guy that I have talked to said that he quit using his on dale hollow because of that reason and being a clear deep lake, he thought it hurt him as far as bites go. Another guy on another fishing board had one for sale yesterday for $175.00, that he bought with the plug and everything had around $250.00 in his. I checked after I seen you inquired about them and it says it is sold pending payment. Good luck...283
