Just as Tim T. says...sign up through FLW/Walmart and go from there...as for the non-boaters this weekend on the Ohio, I was told that everyone of them had to qualify in order to get there, and once they qualified they still had to put up $1500.00 dollars...this is only what I was told, I have no evidence about how it all works.
They had to qualify, but they didn't put up any money once they qualified. FLW takes care of each of the anglers when they reach the All-American. They pay their travel expenses, put them up in the motel, and feed the breakfast before takeoff, provide lunch on their boat and feed them a good dinner each night. The anglers are not responsible for anything.
