Is the Cland topwater striper night-bite over?

I was wondering if anyone has been to Cland in the past few days and if the striper/walleye topwater night-bite is over yet. I went last Wed night and it seemed to be winding down. My fishing partner wants to go to Laurel tomorrow night for walleye but I'm leaning toward going back to Cland. I get to make the call. Which one would you all choose?

Go to Laurel. I was at Cumberland the first weekend in June and it was winding down then. Not that you can't catch a striper at night right now. You'll have a much shorter window to catch them, and you'll likely see more smaller fish.
