As it seems we will have little rain this summer and the lake has been pulled down to the point that we may not have enough cool water to keep the trout as well as the Tennesse stripers alive for several years why not stock the native walleye that we have been told that can be obtained as from what we have been told from the Rockcastle river. I would think they can survive the increased water temps as they did before there was a dam. It might be a good thing to get them going at this point and see how they do with the available forage that the dead fish will leave. And when the cool water situation stabilizes in what we have heard will be at least 5 years then quit stocking the walleye and let them propagate or die. What is your thought?
