The big south fork of the cumberland is always a good trip. There is a lot of information available for this protected area. Some challenging water, and great year- around fishing. Start your float at Devil's jump (blue heron) to avoid any portages and fish to the bridge at Yamacraw would be a good trip. Be prepared to catch anything, mostly s.m., but be on the look out for muskie. Check water level/ flow rate befor you go!
