There may be a new brand out, not for sure, but I seen something like this some years back. The lead head of the bait had an extended piece coming out behind it that the hook rested in. The hook was not solid thru the head, it was on an eye at the back of the head and when retrieved, could flop and bounce around, but the piece behind the head would keep it from dropping below or under the head itself. Attaching a trailer into the gap section of the hook would really give it action.
