can the draw length on this bow be shortened to say 28 inches thanks chris

Chris it can shortened to 28.5 by moving the module on the cam, one setting is for the full let-off and the other is for 65% let off. To go any less than that you'd have to change out cams. I'll throw in a Plano hardside bow case with the bow to who ever buys it.
