does anyone know the difference between a champion ql77jc4 spark plug and an l77jc4?
thanks in advance chris
should be just a hotter plug
it has to do with the resistor,if you use a regular l77jc4 in a motor that call for a ql77 like the intruders and venoms with the ois ignition it will cause interference and possibly some bad running.the l77 is for the older john rudes that have standard cdi ignition.if you remember the old days when you could hear the ignition in your radio buzzing, that interference really can mess with the performance of an outboard electrical system now since they have more computer stuff on them.the number on the plug dictates the heat rating.
