    Lake Level may rise 10ft.

    There is a very good chance that the COE may raise the lake from 680 to 690ft. this spring and hold it there for the summer.
    This from a press release from congressman Hal Rogers. I have not seen an official COE report yet.

    The COE has since released a statement about how they will evaluate and make a decision the 1st. of the year.
