fished dale this afternoon

If this helps, (I live bait fish) close to where obey & wolf meet, for several weeks now and including to day drifting live bait 30 ft, temp 51, best color ever for dale now.
we are catching good numbers 17-20inch fish, dont fish hard but keep the bait in the target zone doing good,

we caught 7 sjaws today, biggest pumped 20 inch less 3 hours,

we do have a weather front coming in the fish are bitting good

we dont keep fish but we take pic's of all small or big

Hey Rick,
Thanks for posting the report and for the tips last week. I went last Saturday
and finally found fish very close to where you have described. I don't usually use live bait but did on Saturday. Good move. Hooked five in about 20 minutes
at about 3:00p.m. that afternoon. Skunked the rest of the day. That 20 minutes sure was fun though.

I'm jealous. Working down here in Lafayette, La. for the week and y'all are up there hawgin in smallmouth. Great. Just great. And here I though things in Ky ground to a halt when I wasn't around.

Rick: Planning on fishing the hollow this coming sunday. Heard that the lake had turned over in and around the mouth of hendricks and sulphur creek area. Did you see any black water or notice this ?? Was looking at fishing the area around willow grove to lillydale. Thanks...283

fished Irons & abrams 2 days ago, sorry i dont know what to look for to tell you about turning over on this lake,, but I didnt notice any decay or any floatting bottom stuff on the top nor floatting trash, perfect color, 51 then but colder nights now, all our fish are still in same pattern as for the last couple weeks coming out of 30 ft water but thats where I fish, look to see some temps drop, weather loos good for the next few days no big changes the fish are agggresive still for our method,

IM still out close to deep water
