Question How do you spool up your reel for FNF?

What type and size line do you put on your spinnng reel for FNF? I went to Bob Coan's FNF seminar at the Horse Creek, and he discussed this, but I guess I should have taken better notes. I remember he talked about putting (X) yards of (? type, size) backup line on the reel, followed by (X) yards of type ?, (6 lb?) line and then using 10-15 feet of 4 lb clear flurocarbon leader. I"m I anywhere close? Would appreciate hearing your recommendations and thoughts.

Also, same question if you are rigging the reel for a 1/4 oz peanut head jig.

    Thanks Guys,
    Gary

You can almost fill your reel with backing because the Power Pro or whatever you use is only going to have about a 2# diameter. That stuff does not take up much room on your spool.
