    Depth Finder?

    Need a new depth finder/fishfinder. I do not need GPS I have a Lowrance h20c with a mount in my boat that I am happy with. Just need fish findr, have been looking at the Lowrance x135. Any suggestions appreciated trying to stay under 500.00.

    I used the 135 for years...loved it...finally went to the 111C. I dont think you can go wrong with the 135, it is a great unit.

    I'm on my fourth x-135 now. Waiting on my current console unit to be sent back from lowrance. I have one in the bow also. If it's not turning itself off and on then it will freeze up and or temp will flash 32.0 deg. They say they will get em fixed, we will see. Just my first hand opinion of the units. Good Luck

    hey banditman,i had the same problem with mine and they were filling up with water,if it mounted in the front bow panel somewhat flat you have to cover it up if it sets outside much,or fishing in pour downs it will seep in around the buttons.
