I have not been down on that end fishing for stripers but I would assume the same is going on down there, both Saturday and Sunday was the same. On the East end they are in between 25-32 feet of water. They are coming to the surface for the shad in more shallow depths though with a lot of times right on the shore. The jumps are active but not biting as aggressive as other times, they don’t seem to be coming all the way to the surface so you will need to use something that stays under the water a bit instead of top water. Trolling with crank baits has worked for me when the jumps are not producing. Shiners are not working near as well as shad right now if you are going to use live bait.
Defiantly head for the creeks versus the main lake, I would start about half way back and work your way towards the mouth.
Good luck!
