    local clubs

    I just moved to the Athens area and was looking for any local clubs so I can start learning the lakes around here. I have a boat and tournament fish but I used to deep clear lakes. Any info on local clubs/tourneys would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    This may help, but hopefully some of your Alabama neighbors will respond. What I did was contact your state BASS person - can be found on the join a club part of bassmasters.com. They can give you contact info for local clubs.
