We were about 1 to 2 degrees off of something nasty here. In paducah we had a good coating of nothing but Ice, but twenty minutes away, in Marshall County where I work (close to the Moors) It was mainly slush and a little ice. The warmer rains (34*) overnight cleared it up. I hear the extreme western part of the state got it pretty good, and a few miles north in Illinoise got a pretty good coating of ice followed by several inches of snow.
Cold And Rainy Here In Bowling Green Fellas! No Ice Or Slush. My Last Day Off Of Work, And I'm Stuck In The House With This **** Rain! I Guess I'll Re-organize My Tackle Another Time!
Here in Oldham County we had 4 to 5 inches that melted some with alot of rain overnight. I've shoveled and road the tractor with the grader box and the front bucket in heavy use here today at work. I'm ready for some dang DRY WEATHER OF ANY TYPE. I feel like I've been wet for about three months, LOL.
It took me 10 minutes of scraping ice this morning to get my SUV safe enough to drive. The ice was thick on the windshield and around the wiper well. All the rain and moderate temps has melted alot of snow and ice for now so when I get home I'll shovel a path through it. Come on SPRING!!!
Rained like cow wee weeing on flat rock here in Bowling Green all morning, looks dark and dreary out there right now. Temps were in the high 40's, but are supposed to drop into the 20's overnight. Chilly temps here forecasted thru next Monday on Weather underground.
