Me and the Son-in-law (rearranged) are heading to Naples next week. I have been reading about the Calahoosahatchee River. It goes south west out of the Big "O" (Clewiston) and goes to Fort Myers. Anyone fished this river and any info would be nice. We will probably fish the upper portion out of the big "O". Anyone know what pattern the fish are in down there, Spawn, post spawn?
They should be post spawn with some late spawners. With the new moon on the 7th you should do well. Hopefully the weather stays warm and the winds stay calm. Taylor Creek was always good to us when we fished down there. Especially when the winds picked up. Good luck and enjoy the warm weather!
