Screw head snap on covers needed

Let me try and explain what I need. Let's say we place a screw in our trolling motor cover panel on the boat's fiberglass.. They make these plastic "caps" that cover over the screw head and onto a plastic base. This is just a way to "neaten" the look of the panel.

If anyone can translate my question and/or knows the name of a source of these "caps" and "bases" I'd be might grateful to a reply.

They also carry these items at you local Hardware store. They usually keep them in the specialty aisle.

I've been looking and asking at local hardware stores but none could help. Thanks anyway.

I've seen these before, they even make some that are like a clamp. The screw goes through the base hole and after tightening the screw, the cap is then closed or snapped over the top of the screw head to hide the screw head. I need just one for my fish finder where one blew off somewhere.
