The water at Hardy is down considerably from a couple of weeks ago but still a bit high. The water color is good at the dam end. A friend and I fished Tuesday morning. We had 2 in the 3.5 to 3.75 range, 2 more 15 inchers and a couple of short fish all on rattletrap type lures fished 7-9 feet deep around wood.
