I've worn that fashion statement a few times. Each time I have backslid. I strongly suggest you never tell yourself, "One won't start me back." Based on my experience, it will.

Quitting anything pleasent is easy, and the restart is awesome! Then you can quit again, no matter what you like, try quitting, and see how much better it is when you start back up again.

Those patches do not burn good when you need a fix. I am trying to quite again. and again and again...........................................
