15 ft tracker jon

i have a new 15 ft tracker john boat that has never been in the water. the boat sits on a trailer that has new hubs, wheels and tires and running boards. i have a new 40 lb thrust trolling motor that will go with the boat. the boat has a livewell and seats.
i put this rig together for the cumberland river as a second river boat when company comes, but company wants to go striper fishing in the lake so the boat has literally never been in the water.
the boat sells new for $1100, the trolling motor $160, seats $40, and the 16 ft trailer with new wheels, hubs tires $600.
I WILL LET THE BOAT GO FOR $1200.
