We had 29 anglers participate on what turned out to be a pretty nice weekend. All the kids left with great prizes and we fed everyone well.

Thanks to all the boaters for giving their time and boats, especially those from out of town, Bill Chamberlain from Burgin and Big Jay from Louisville.

Thanks to all our great sponsors. With-out them we couldn't put on such a good event.

A special thanks to "TOYOTA SOUTH" and their staff, Johnathan Sexton and Kellis Metcalf, who worked with us all week-end.

A great job by Wilgreen Lake Marina and their staff, All the parents and kids that fished and all my great friends that helped.
    Thanks so very much.

    Rex,

It was a great event! Thank you for allowing Fishing for Kids and Exodus Baits be a part of such a wonderful event. You all do it up right! We are looking forward to being a part of the special 10th Year Event next year. We have the date marked on the calendar. Thanks again and congratulations on a job well done by you, your staff, Randy, and the staff at Wilgreen Lake Marina.

    Rex:
This was a great event! My 12 yr old daughter had a blast, She has talked about it all weekend. Thank you and all of your sponsors for putting together such a first class event for the kids of Madison county.

As a father who is losing his daughter to other interest these days, and knows that my one on one time with her is becoming limited, it was great to spend the day on the lake in the company of such a well organized event! She may not have placed in the tourney but that day will always have a special "place" in our hearts.

Again, thank you and everyone involved. and from A Father, thank you for the time spent that we will remember for years to come.

    Sincerely!
    Mike and Marina Livesay

Mike your reply is exactly our goal. To give youngesters a lasting and meaningful first experience with "bass tournament fishing".
I wish all the kids could experience what you and your daughter had Sat.
I'm really proud of our efforts this year because it seemed so exciting to all involved. It went so well and to see the smiles and excitment on the kids faces as they came up on the stage was gratifying.
    Thanks for the kind words!
