Hows the river at Herrington

Was going tomarow and was jsut seeing if any of you guys had seen the river since all the rains...is it muddy,trashy,fishable or what?

I do like fishing Herrington when I am in that area. I have problems with a lot of hangups. What is the best way to minimize hanging up in the rocks there? Rigs that I am referring to are t-rigs and jigs. I understand that there's going to be hangups that cant be avoided. Can you give some ideas with certain hooks or weights? Any ideas will be greatly appreciative.
